mungdal Kachodi recipe | Masala Mung Dal Khasta Kachodi Recipe

Ingredient for  Mung Dal Kachudi  Recipe

  • ·         100 gm rice flour
  • ·         200gm Maida flour
  • ·         salt
  • ·         karipatta
  • ·         2 onion
  • ·         1 tea spoon turmeric
  • ·         1 tea spoon chili
  • ·         1 tea spoon Jira lanka powder
  • ·         1 tea spoon masala powder  
  • ·         2 tomato 
  • ·         2 gm pan madhuri
  • ·         2 gm jira
  • ·         2 gm hengu  
  • ·         2 tea spoon garam masala
  • ·         100 gm mung dal

Mung Dal Kachudi  (Making Process)

·        put water 100 gm rice flour and 200gm Maida flour salt and make a dough wait for 2 to 3 hours

·        put 2 gm pan madhuri , Jira 2 gm, hengu 2 gm , gamram masala 2 tea

·        spoon ,red chili powder, turmeric powder  in oil one by one like me

·         

·        wash 100 mung dal in water and put in masala mix . put 200 ml water wait for boil
·        boil that dal for 30 min . you can use presser cooker . make a paste
·         at last add salt and coriander leaves & podina leaves . wait for cool
·        make  small ball and put mung dal mix in to the ball and roll like me
·        after mudal kachodi prepare  deep fry  in medium heat
